Guest Ratings & Reviews
This hotel is a mixed bag with some highlights and drawbacks. The room this time around had a faint smell of smoke, unlike our previous stay when we had a larger room with a fantastic view of the main street. Despite this, the room size was still very good, reminiscent of some Paris hotel rooms.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were modern, pretty spacious for a big city, immaculately clean, and had a tiny balcony which was lovely. However, the slopping ceilings were a bit inconvenient and in the way. The service was appropriately helpful, with amazing staff, particularly Caroline. The location was the absolute best, being near the train station and convenient for transportation. The dining experience offered many choices, but it felt a bit expensive. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were luxurious, exceptionally clean, and had the most beautiful bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always providing great suggestions and even catering to my two little children. The location was fantastic, just a few steps away from Gare de Lyon and within walking distance to great food spots and Parisian attractions. Although the dining experience was average and slightly overpriced, the copious self-service buffet was convenient. Overall, the hotel offered a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and convenience. The room was spacious enough for two people with luggage, though the room service was a bit delayed during the day. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially considering our limited French language skills. The location was ideal, close to the train station and within walking distance of many attractions. The dining options were plentiful, offering a great selection of dishes. Overall, a great value for money with some minor inconveniences.
I found the hotel to be a fantastic choice for my stay. The rooms were superb, offering a good size and spacious layout, always clean and practical after returning from shopping. The service was excellent, with the staff being very helpful, especially during the severe flooding in Paris. The location was great, providing easy access to various transport options and attractions, including a close proximity to Gare de Lyon and the happening Bastille neighborhood. The dining experience, although a bit on the expensive side, was outstanding, offering a copious self-service buffet. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay with a few minor drawbacks to consider.
The hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms with a balcony, providing great value for money. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, near attractions and transportation hubs. The dining experience is impressive, with a variety of options.
